The experiences we’ve had with Trudy have been tremendous. Our experience started with a home evaluation – Trudy was very helpful on what, about our home, would be attractive to potential buyers. When it came time to determine our asking price, her knowledge of our area was evident. Our results = sold in 4 days at asking price. We bought our replacement home through Trudy as well.
